A red carpet celebration of Sheboygan was held August 23 at the Stefanie Weill Center.The program included a compilation of stories from the TV show Down Memory Lane, a celebration of Sheboygan’s yesteryear which airs on WSCS TV 95/990 and was produced by Meals On Wheels.

Their stories and memories of growing up in Sheboygan were featured during the program.

Actor Jeremy Jochman portrayed William Farnsworth, Sheboygan’s Founding Father in a play named The Jack Knife Post. Meals On Wheels’ communications director Paula Kletzien wrote the play about Farnsworth's role in starting a trading post and mill.
